Job Description:
  • Find new customers, set up a sale plan for getting potential customers;
  • Set up, build up and manage works in the Sales Department;
  • Establish key customers, potential customers’ database, customers service, maintain relationship and follow up company's customers;
  • Focus on developing Sale in Industrial Zone's companies;
  • Divide, manage sales staff's works to complete and get over the target set by Board of Director;
  • Support employees to overcome difficulties in the process of working as sales staff;
  • Cooperate with other departments of the company to complete working targets and support customers' shipments, advise customers with the best solutions in the lowest fee when troubles happen;
  • Advise Board of Directors with key business strategy, expand the market and develop human resources strategy for the Sales Department;
  • Deal with works appointed by Board of Director;
  • Korean
  • Experience: At least 2 years working in a manager position
  • Bachelor Degree or above; English: Influence, Candidates can speak Vietnamese is preferred
  • Have knowledge in Logistics industry, forwarding, supply chains
  • Flexible in dealing with problems, difficulties in working periods
  • Enthusiasm, Active, Independence, Keen intelligence
  • Able to work in a high-pressure working environment, usually go to business trips in other provinces
  • Can work for a long time with the company
